Regular Exercise Can Help Fight Tiredness

Whether for a healthy person, a diabetic, or other chronic disease, regular exercise can help eliminate fatigue and increase energy for the body.

Study found that exercise can significantly increase the energy levels of people with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and other serious illnesses.

CFS is a complex, fatiguing, long-term medical condition diagnosed by required primary symptoms and criteria, and often involves a broad range of symptoms.

The vast majority of CFS patients are related to excessive stress on work, as well as long-term abnormal lifestyle. This is also a risk factor leading to increased blood sugar.

For diabetics, it is highly recommended to track the blood glucose before and after exercises and alter the workout or diet plan based on tracking record.

You may set a target to do 30 minutes of brisk walking, 5 days a week.

Remember, moderate exercise will not make you tired, but you will get tired if you just sit there.
